When: Tuesday, June 24th Where: Hershey Park, PA How: Bus departs for Hershey Park from Woodley Pool at 7:30am SHARP and departs from Hershey Park at 7:30pm SHARP (ESTIMATED arrival time at Woodley Pool is 9:30pm) How much: $50/per person, which includes ticket and chartered bus (Want to drive yourself? You can still get the discounted $40 ticket) Under your RSVP comments, please say if taking bus or not, if chaperoning or not. *13&up-no chaperone needed *12&under- one ADULT chaperone per 4 kids *ALL swimmers/adults will need a permission slip/waiver After we have the total RSVPs, we will send around a payment/permission slip/waiver link . Theme: WOODstock (tie dye, bell bottoms, peace & love, groovy 70s hippy vibe) Pep Rally starts at 5:30 pm. Volunteers who are helping with set up please come at 5 pm. To go with our WOODstock theme, we'll have bracelet/necklace making supplies AND fabric markers to customize any garment you bring from home. Turn an old t-shirt into Woodley WAVES spiritwear and/or customize it to fit our theme of the week! We will also have some posterboard and poster making supplies again. We'll do a pasta buffet for the kids and potluck for the adults. Don't forget to bring your own drinks for both kids and adults (there are no water fountains). Please go to our website to sign up for jobs. Woodley gear will also be for sale! |
