1. Complete the 2023 Reimbursement form and attach your receipt to be reimbursed.
2. A receipt must be provided in order to receive reimbursement.
3. Write your name on the back of your receipt(s).
4. Multiple receipts can be on a form.
5. Give the form to our treasurer no later than August 31, 2024.
